Finally no Leafy Greens. (I like greens but it was getting out of hand)

Celery
Green Beans
Garlic
Mixed carrots
Beets

Happily there were significantly fewer leafy greens this week and I have some idea what to do with them. (fortunately I love dill)

Broccoli (did you know that if broccoli sits under dill for 12 hours it will be infused w/ it?)
Carrots
Chinese cabbage (still confused by this one)
Salad mix (totally over the salad mix at this point)
collard greens
spinach
dill
thyme

So epicurious for me!

This is what I like about Co-op delivery, I am forced to learn to cook things I would otherwise not buy. And forced to eat it NOW, because there will be more in 7 days. So this week's line-up

Beets
Scallions
Swiss Chard
Bok Choy
Salad Mix
Nikko Cabbage
Radishes
morecilantromuch more
tarragon

Also due to the large quantity of herbs that I have been having trouble using before they wilt I am learning to dry herbs. I hope it works.

May veggie porn commence. It's green, organic and local. Oh yea, and yummy.

In this week's box.
Swiss chard
radishes
french green beans
cilantro
mint
spinach
kale
spring greens mix

Excuse me, I must go find recipes.
Oh yea and another plus. I can now hope to be as cool as [livejournal.com profile] thebroomecloset
