The Musings of a Wandering Soul

I'm at a point where I just can't decide how I feel about Christmas. In theory I love it. All shiny lights and sparkly ornaments. (Yep I'm a sucker for silver glitter.) Love, Peace and Hope. This is how I felt at Thanksgiving. This morning things look a little different. Too much to get done, to much not done and a family that always seems to make coming home difficult. Having spent the last 5 days with the flu doesn't help the spirit either.

So in lu of ruining Christmas and pissing everyone off, and ensuring that I have a not horrible weekend, I am going into indoctrination mode. Happy, sappy non-irritating Christmas music and rentals of all those cheesy clay-mation movies I watched as a kid.
