On a totally different note, has anyone dealt with a UTI in a dog before? How rare is it to need 28 days of antibiotics instead of 14? We are having issues with Helios and I am trying to assess the validity of my vets desire for prostate testing. (ah the expensive joys of an un-neutered male.) The vet is historically test happy so I usually want a second opinion before shelling out a 4 digit number.
