darkfyre_museA post, finally. Its one of those things, I keep meaning to do it and never quite get around to it. So the high points (or low ones depending how you look at it) of the last two weeks.

kaelikat I am now supplied with much frivolous fantasy-ish sci-fi-ish reading for the next month or two. And, in the same box, there is a Nietche staring me down. I should read it. If for no other reason to counteract brain rotting nature of the former.
-- As for work. There is lots of it. And will continue to be for the next 7 months. (More likely 8 though.) Its stimulating but, I need to learn to back of the adreneline. I am also still working 1/2 to 1 hour past my already shcedule overtime. Meaning ot paid. Depending on how you look at it, its either a good or bad habit. We'll see if I can cut back a little and avoid burnout.
Hence why I haven't updated in two weeks. 10 hour days tend to lead to not wanting to do Anything at home. (another reason to keep it to 9)
In more interesting news. I bought my ticket for OTP. I'll hit Raleigh 9AM 7/4. The goat will fly into NOVA the week before then drive down on Tuesday or Wednesday. Thinking of bringing some So Cal wine so let me know if you have a request. :)
Well back to the grind. And thank god for thre day weekends.
