not bad weekend

darkfyre_museSaturday was a relaxing day of gaming and books. I have successfully curbed my online time and am pretty much only sinking alot of time into EQ about twice a week.
Sunday I actually went to church. This is something that makes me feel good, yet I always seem to put off. But after 3 weeks of good, but failed, intentions, I finally made it services at a small Anglican church in O'side. I am exploring different flavors of religion and am quite attracted to the open mindedness combined with ritual(read catholic) nature of the Anglican church. So we'll see.
Around 11 we headed up to LAX to hangout with Sean and Kelly. Since it was just a layover visit we stayed close to the airport. I had honestly never realized how close it was to the coast and the major beaches in LA. So we spend the afternoon evening hanging out on the beach and playing cards in a cafe in Redondo. All in all a satisfying weekend.
