So I raided last night and forgot to post. Damn EQ really is bad for me I think.
So you get 3 today.
Topic one: Why do I feel like shit all the time these days?
I think there's 2 answers to this. 1) lack of water, replaced by lattes and soda. bleh I never used to drink soda. 2) Lack of exercise.
So the mission starting today is more water, no soda and just one cup of straight up coffee a day(no milk as dairy really effects me in how I feel whether I like it or not.)
I saw a very cool show on PBS last looking at several amazing centenarians. Both were japanese but the report focused on the lifestyle choices that are keeping them mentally and physically, rather than genetics. Really seemed like 70 instead of 97 . It was truly inspirational. At 95 the one started learning chinese and the other still runs 5k races at 100. I want to be that cool.

Sugar and caffiene are not good for you, while water is the body's first choice. I usually leave home for college with 2 litres of water and it does me fine.
