Right - you need to visit more often. This area is crazy with good Pho reasturants. We can also help you fufill the Tom Yum, Goulash and Borsht - I make them. We get heirloom tomatoes from the CSA. I haven't made a gapacho that I love yet - but I can work on it. As for Pistachio ice cream - if you have Daily Grind coffee shop near you they carry a pistachio mascarpone, G's favorite and known as "sticky ice cream."
