Nov. 1st, 2006 14:12So just as a warning, I don't always have much to say, but will try to use cuts for the rambling/boring Stuff. Also if you die of boredom blame Thorunn, because as usual it is ALL her fault. I would NEVER instigate trouble. (pls ignore that mead and the 2 mongols on the floor.)
Hard to believe it is November. I'm still trying to figure out where September went. Hence part of the reason I agreed to do this; also why I am going to write in my paper journal as well everyday. By stopping what will be twice a day and having to generate something tangible I am hoping to be more in the moment. Too often I drift through a week without really considering the passage of time or how I spent it.
"I went to the woods to live purposefully"
It struck me the first time I read Walden and seems to be appropriate now.
