Weekend report

It was a busy weekend with far too many plans trying to overlap. (still getting used to that whole social life thing)
Friday, was HOT! Which is one reason we did more packing boxes than moving at fenrigar's. After a shower and change we headed out to a most successful, and dauntingly large, dinner party at reedrover's. Lots of new people, good conversation and excellent food. I'm getting better at the new people in large-ish gatherings thing. Still not a strong point for me.
Saturday brought more moving and more heat. (getting damn sick of the heat.) We had dinner at Amphora (I love that place.) with reedrover and another couple. Its not polite but I love dinners where the wait staff guilts you into leaving and the conversation lingers in the parking lot. It was then off to arashimou's birthday party for Fire and PIE!! mmm..pie. peach! I love pie.
Sunday was much more relaxing. Much sewing and fashion plotting for Burning Man at julesk's with jpenamelist, callmetc and wayhagar.
