Happily there were significantly fewer leafy greens this week and I have some idea what to do with them. (fortunately I love dill)

Broccoli (did you know that if broccoli sits under dill for 12 hours it will be infused w/ it?)
Carrots
Chinese cabbage (still confused by this one)
Salad mix (totally over the salad mix at this point)
collard greens
spinach
dill
thyme

So epicurious for me!

I haven't actually made this salad, but it does involve the salad mix and I've made the dressing for a spinach salad that was tasty...

Chineese Cabbage

Can be treated like all other cabbage (eg coleslaw)
or make kimchi.
