misty

There is something to be said about being up at 6AM. Its quiet, and today would have been a perfect day to curl into a chair on the patio with some really good coffee and watch the mist cling to the trees and curl along the ground. Sounds like a plan for the weekend. I can always go back to sleep later.

On a related note. Does anyone else find their coffee to be an almost spiritual event?
(Yep I'm an addict)

Coffee isn't so much spiritual for me as necessary. I'm hooked as well. It's so good....

Its physical yes. But right it feels like a lot more. I am thinking of switching to decaf. (sacrelige I know) I can adjust to not having the buzz. And honestly really, really need to get of the caffeine/no sleep cycle. When you start getting up before 6 something has to give. But I just can't bring myself to give up the warm, tasty goodness of it.
So while spiritual maybe to strong a word, it is definitely more mind thsn body. I have to many good memories of coffee for it not to be.
