jazzfish I will be doing this in installments. So let's start with the fun stuff.

A year in travel:
Traveling is one of our favorite activities. I love airplanes.(When I am not gnashing my teeth at the ticket counter.) I love trains. I love automobiles.
I love new places. I love old places with good friends in them. Occasionally I even like returning to the place from which I was spawned. (In limited quantities it can even be a good thing.)

~ 1/1 -- Laurell, MD -- We rang in 2008 with good friends, tasty beverages and an overflowing hot tub

~ 2/18 -- Pittsburgh PA -- This was a trip that did not fall into any of the above categories. But it was poignant and meaningful.

~ 6/7/08 -- Pittsburgh, PA -- My favorite cousin's wedding. (Don't you wish you had that date on your legal document)

~ 7/3-6 -- Raliegh, NC -- OTP, old place, old friends, new friends, old acquaintances becoming really good friends, new underwear

~ 7/18-8/4 -- Budapest/Vienna -- New places, good sex

~ 8/28-9/1 -- Burning Man -- there are not words though I am sure I will find some later

~ 10/3 -- Laurell, MD --

wahyagar 's birthday -- Sorta like OTP but shorter and was wearing fewer clothes.

~ 12/24-28 -- Pittsburgh, PA -- annual reunion of the spawned

~ 12/28-1/2 -- Fairfax, VA -> Alexandria, VA -> Marshal, VA -> Centreville, VA -> Manassass, VA -> Laurell, MD -- I think that covers everyone. You name it we probably got around to it. (ok not THAT! what kind of wife do you think I am?) There was food and friends and REALLY good food and friends and goats and pancakes and burnt chocolate and more friends and thyme laden quiche and a mother in law and more friends and settlers and presents and tasty drinks and friends and snuggling
