Sunreturn

That is what Sunreturn is to me. The reassurance that if I have hope and faith, if I can hang on just a little longer, the sun will break through the clouds. And when it does, it will be good, not an oppressive weight in my mind.
And once again this year the date seems to coincide with a turning of my mood.
So the sun makes a slow emergence from her slumber.
And maybe so will I.
