my to-do list

is a strange, shifting, organic, almost sentient creature. It grows, changes and is trimmed throughout the day. I seem to do best if I make a numbered list first thing in the morning, then cross things off as I do them, adding on and crossing off other not-previously-listed tasks as I am distracted by them. Just because I hadn't planned on cleaning the kitchen doesn't mean I shouldn't get the satisfaction of crossing it off a list. I will use the same list for 2-4 days until it because bizarrely long and amoeba-like structure. reedrover was very amused when she saw it.
